The concept

After a boat trip from Stavanger, you will disembark into Flor & Fjære's flower paradise.

Sommelier Silje Hanasand, known for her wine bar Norvald in Stavanger, will receive you on a terrace in the garden. She'll pour you a glass of bubbles before a garden tour lead by a member of the family that runs Flor & Fjære.

We'll meet upon Frode Selvang, also known as The Ryfylke Chef. He will serve a variety of small dishes on the beach, in the greenhouse, and further in on the island. Homegrown and local produce will be cooked on open flame in the farmhouse at the end of the journey. Frode and Silje will have set up for an unforgettable party, with an array of dishes and delights! A wholly unique experience.
